The rules for using this

By playing you agree to what is below. It is short because there is not much to it.

Your account

One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — anything done with your account is treated as done by you. You must be 13 or older.

Coins and gems are not money

They exist inside this game, they have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred out, or sold. If you buy gems, you are buying the right to use them in this game. Buying does not make them yours to resell.

If the game shuts down we will say so in advance, and unspent gems bought with money will be refunded on the terms we publish at that time.

Playing fairly

The dice are drawn from a seed published in advance so a finished game can be checked — see how the dice work. In return:

• Do not modify the game, automate it, or use another program to play for you.
• Do not arrange results with another player to farm the ranked ladder.
• Do not use more than one account to play against yourself.
• Do not attack the servers or try to reach data that is not yours.

What you say to other players

You are responsible for the messages, reactions and gifts you send. Do not harass anybody, and do not send anything hateful, threatening or unlawful. Every player can mute you and every message can be reported. We may remove an account that keeps doing it.

When we suspend or close an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks the rules above. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a way to reply. We will not close your account for losing, for complaining, or for asking for your data.

Leaving

Stop whenever you like — You → Delete account in the game does it immediately and permanently. Unspent coins and gems go with it.

What we do not promise

The game is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and to keep your progress safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law of Bhutan, which is the law these terms are read under.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the game will tell you before the change takes effect. Carrying on playing after that is how you accept them.
